2.《名稱預(yù)先核準(zhǔn)通知書(shū)》；

2.Pre-Approval Notice of the enterprise name.

3.主要經(jīng)營(yíng)場(chǎng)所證明；

3.Certificate for the right of use of domicile.

4.全體合伙人的主體資格證明或自然人身份證明和住所證明；

4.Certificate of establishment or ID certificate and the domicile certificate of the partners.

5.全體合伙人對(duì)各合伙人認(rèn)繳出資的確認(rèn)書(shū)；

5.Confirmation of all partners for the subscribed or paid-up capital of each partner.

6.資信證明；

6.Bank reference issued by financial institutions.

7.全體合伙人簽署的合伙協(xié)議；

7.Partnership agreement signed by all partners.

8.全體合伙人簽署的符合外商投資產(chǎn)業(yè)政策的說(shuō)明；

8.Statement in compliance with foreign investment industrial policies as signed by all partners.

9.Power of attorney for the executive partners jointly entrusted by all of the partners.

10.外匯部門出具的證明文書(shū)（適用于外國(guó)合伙人以在中國(guó)境內(nèi)依法獲得的人民幣出資）；

10.Relevant documents issued by Shanghai Administration of Foreign Exchange (In case the foreign partner pays the subscribed capital by returned earning).

11.法律文件送達(dá)授權(quán)委托書(shū)；
